35th Annual Rental Housing Education Conference & EXPO. The San Diego County Apartment Association has been putting on its annual Rental Housing Education Conference & EXPO for more than thirty years. It is the largest industry event in San Diego County.
Each year, this daylong event invites rental-housing professionals from every aspect of the industry to attend free informative seminars and visit the 180+ booth EXPO. Through this process, owners and managers receive education on how to operate their rental housing business while learning the latest information and tools for marketing, maintaining and operating their rental properties.
Networking opportunities throughout the day provide rich opportunities for those pursuing careers in the rental housing industry to achieve their goals.
Exhibitors get into the spirit of the day by “decorating” their display booths according to the theme. This year the event sports a “TV shows” theme.
Members attend for free, but are encouraged to pre-register. Non-Members $10. Pre-registration is recommended.
Volunteer opportunities are available and include serving on a committee or volunteering the day of. Pre-registration is required for volunteering the day of the event. |
